I'm not sure it matters. You still have to agree to the policy first. Whether you have an FB account at the moment might change for you in the future right? So FB couldn't be handling all those cases as well. This is a strategic move I think will cover all users.
My money-making idea from this is AI to detect sentences or fragments from your emails that could be taken out of context and made into embarrassing headlines if the email gets leaked.
Maybe not a tech competitor but gradually when people start to realise the privacy violations and wake up from the bubble, new generations etc will break FB hegemony.
In physical work you have a natural outlet for that stress. Confining everything to your upper body, and even one part of it (the head) is gonna cause even more stress.
Yes, I think that physical exercise helped a lot. I go the gym every weekday at 3pm, and do heavy (for me) weight lifting for an hour. That has a great way of burning off the stress and resetting the mind. I highly recommend software engineers specifically plan some time in your day to get out of your chair and get some exercise.
