I checked web archive to see if this is something they added recently, but it's in previous versions.

I wonder if this is a standard disclaimer among other similar tools, "on your head be it", in case the customers are just rolling it out wholesale without due consideration.


Lol Crowdstrikes legal team is about to learn that legal disclaimers don't let you avoid conditions and standards as set by the ACCC (here in aus atleast). They gonna feel the pain after this one. Negligent practice leading to mass outage.


Firefox reader says 58–73 minutes. TL;DR. I assume it says something like:

We don't guarantee our products do anything. They could destroy your organization, bring about the fall of civilization or cause a rip in the fabric of space-time. This is not our fault. By reading this you accept these terms.
