Historically it's been up and down. It will go away for a while. There's also archive.today and archive.ph . Sometimes it gets firewalled by zealous sysadmins.

I also can't load archive.today. Both sites fail with dns error. I'm on comcast. Someone is blocking them, comcast or their dns providers?

Up for me. Are you using cloudflare dns?
