As the title goes. Is there really no way to backup Cloudflare settings? (Terraform is pretty much garbage in config scenarios.)

All of ours is setup with Terraform. Built a module to transform a JSON file with a list of DNS records into CloudFlare DNS record entries. The other config is less cumbersome to just write in straight HCL.

What settings are you referring to ? DNS ? WAF ? You could use their API and create your own backups.

What we do. Pull from the API and hope we can PUT it back. Not really on pair with the pro companies in the field.
