Norway is 61 degrees north, and has a subarctic climate. Many Norwegians are sort of happy to welcome global warmth. It makes it possible to grow wines, and the water becomes warmer during summer. Too bad most of the snow has disappeared in winter. Especially around the capital of Oslo. You have to go to the mountains to go skiing now. It was mostly around Oslo skiing first became fashionable in the late 1800’s.
